| 1) Videos from all fandoms are
accepted. We will close the round if we reach 35 submissions. |
| 2)
Three (3) videos per vidder. |
| 3) No porn. No hatred. No racism.
No snogger vids will be accepted. |
4) The big NO-NO: no clip theft.
Here it's how it works: should we realize there's been a clip theft,
we'll inform the vidder whose clips have been used and if we find
out the clip has been taken without consent, the video and the
vidder in question will be excluded. Should we be informed that a
video submitted to our site has stolen clips in it, we'll exclude
the video and the vidder right away and we'll write it on our home
page.
That's why we ask you in advance to notify us if you've used clips
from other vidders with their consent. |
| 5) Videos should not be bigger
than 50 mbs |
| 6) All formats are accepted: wmv,
mpeg, avi, rm, dvx, mov. |
| 7) Be sure your video can be
downloaded / watched during judging time.In the extra section of the
site, you'll find a list of links where you can upload your videos. |
| 8) Our decisions are final. Don't
complain. |
| 9)All the videos submitted will
be judged for all the categories. When you submit your vids you can
suggest categories, but remember, from now on all the videos are
nominated in every category. Please, make sure to specify the
fandom of the video you're entering! |
| 10) We have to have at least
five (5) videos per category...if we don't, we'll replace it with
something else. |
| 11) Do not send submission
between the end of a round and the beginning of the following round. |
| 12) In the form when asked "Who are you",
you reply "Hero-Worship" . That's the "magic
words". So we know you have read the rules :). The "magic words"
will be changed every round . |

We have tested our submission form, it works.
You might encounter some problems if you use a firewall
such as Zone Allarm, but you can resolve it bysimply setting
correctly your firewall. If you want to know the way to set
correctly your firewall you can visit the Zone Allarm page and you
can resolve any of your forum problems. Or, simply,
visit this page.
Anyway if you don't see your submissions or if you get an error
message, and you don't want to touch your firewall, just copy and
paste this simple form in a mail and

Rules for the
challenge - Round 1 |
1) The general rules for the normal rounds still
apply, except, those regarding the object of the
video.
2) To submit your videos, just fill the form and in
the section: "Categories" write "Challenge.
3) You MUST specify the fandom, write it in the note
section of the form. We haven't seen all the movies
or tv movies ever made;) Of course, you can write in
the notes' section whatever you need us to know.
4) You cannot nominate for the challenges videos you
have already nominated on PIM.
5) Round 1 theme is:
"Vampire movies"...so knock yourself out! Feel free
to nominate whatever video you like about vampire
movies: romantic, action, angst, au, crossover...whatever...but
they have to be based on Movies and tv movies about
vampires. No tv shows for this challenge.
6) The awards will be totally different than the
ones of the general rounds, both in format and
content!
